Yes. Our scheduled introduction classes require a certain level of comfort using Mac or Windows as well as knowledge of creative and web industry vocabulary. We will make sure the fit is right. We usually work with established creative and web professionals who need to learn a new application, or who are upgrading to a new version. Some folks just need to sharpen their skills or address workflow issues and application integration. However, if you or your employees are new to creative and web applications and theory, we’d be happy to provide introductory custom training to get everyone up to your company’s speed.    
Typical class hours are 10am to 6pm (custom training hours are flexible). Just bring a pen and paper to take notes - we’ll take care of the rest. Actually, we'll even provide those if you forget them!

We accept VISA, MC, and AMEX. Purchase orders can also be processed from established corporations with 100+ employees. It is our policy that all training classes must be paid for in full before the first scheduled day of the class.  
If you need to learn how to use an application from the ground up, the Adobe Authorized Training Courses might be best. You’ll be sure to gain a strong foundation of the application and its various capabilities from the Adobe approved curriculum and coursework. If you need to deepen your knowledge of an application you already know how to use or wish to learn workflow techniques between applications or how to integrate its use in the workplace, custom training may be best. Our sales team and instructors will work with you to evaluate your goals in order to tailor a curriculum just for you. Not sure which course fits the bill? We often recommend custom training take place at your location. Our mission is to ensure you receive the most comprehensive training for your specific requirements. It helps us to understand your business if we teach in your environment. As a fresh pair of eyes and ears, we gain more insight into your workflow and your challenges and concerns, which helps us to provide you with the most efficient solutions. However, training at our facility does have its perks. Our environment allows you to fully concentrate on your training experience - without interruption. Our intimate class size fosters individual attention to address your personal needs.  
No. Although most companies that opt for onsite training do so in part because they already have hardware and software in place. If you don’t have enough computers on hand, you have two options:
  • We can provide 17 inch Macbook Pros pre-installed with Mac OS X and/or Windows 7 and pre-loaded with the training software for an additional fee. We’ll also set up the training space at your facility to ensure a problem-free experience.
  • Once we’ve established the type of training you need we can provide you with a list of equipment, software, and specs and refer you to reputable rental companies we like to work with, all at no extra charge.
